Reasons To Not Send Your Child To School
- Fever of 100 degrees or more
- Cold symptoms serious enough to interfere with the ability to learn
- Headache severe enough to interfere with the ability to learn
- Cough causing difficulty breathing or moderate to severe chest pain
- Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea
- Undiagnosed rash or open sores with drainage
- Abdominal pain accompanied by elevated temper3ature, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Sore throat that interferes with swallowing or is accompanied by fever or rash
- Red, draining eyes
- If your child has a bacterial infection - keep them at home until they have been on antibiotic therapy for 24 hours. If your child has been diagnosed with a staph infection, the area must be covered while at school
