The Jimmy K. Sanford Media Center was built in 1990 and is named after a local alumnus, who also served as Superintendent of Schools for Tallapoosa County. Students may use the media center for doing research, checking out books, working on class projects, using the computer stations, printing school work, and leisure reading. Teachers are encouraged to use the media center as an extension of the classroom.
