Horseshoe Bend School was created by the closing of Daviston, Hackneyville, and New Site. We are the strong school we are today because of the rich heritage of these schools. Horseshoe Bend is a K-12 school with approximately 800 students and we are ranked as a 2A school by the Alabama High School Athletics Association. The current principal is Mrs. Christie Marvel, Vice Principals are Mrs. Lane Sanders and Mr. Sujindren Selvanayagam. Mrs. Brittney Kelly and Mrs. Vicki Lewis serve as the school counselors.
